Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling Inbound Calls.
- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- A candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
- Candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the Customer Support Voice Process.
- Prior experience in the Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
- Should be open to work in Rotational Shift and Rotational off.
