Job Description:
Interface with Customers via Inbound/Outbound calls/Chats/Emails for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services like Internet, Banking , insurance , Travel,
E-commerce, Retail , KYC
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedure s.
*Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
*Troubleshoot Customer issues related to internet broadband, modem, router, etc.
Desired Skills:
Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred
Solution oriented with effective problem solving skills
Knowledge of various online portals will be an added advantage
